Founded in 1983 the company has experienced dynamic growth in recent years under the direction of Bryan Baugh and Jennifer Meinke. The commitment to integrity, and the philosophy to exceed client expectations, that Baugh and Meinke brings to the table have become the standards by which other property management firms are judged.

Variable costs include unusual office expenses, collaterals, additional meetings, supervising non-routine projects and maintenance, and preparation and testimony for court or civic appearances.
